2018 Strade Bianche Wild Card Teams Revealed

The two teams that have been selected for wild card spots have been announced for the 2018 Strade Bianche.

In addition to the 18 WorldTour teams who received automatic bids for the race, two Italian Pro-Continental teams have received wild card spots.

The Androni Giacattoli-Sidermec and Nippo-Vini Fantini-Europa Ovini cycling teams have received wild card spots and will be competing at this year's Strade Bianche.

Strade Bianche is a one-day cycling race that takes place in March, and covers 176 kilometers through Tuscany in central Italy.

The 2018 Strade Bianche will take place on March 3rd, and marks the race's 12th edition.

Retired Swiss rider Fabian Cancellara holds the record for most victories at Strade Bianche with three wins, taking titles in 2008, 2012, and 2016.
